8th Grade Parents/Guardians must attend this meeting to review guidelines for the 8th Grade Ceremony. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL before any tickets are distributed to families.

Back gym-5 Tables for ticket distribution

Back gym-10 chairs

Main Gym--All bleachers on East side of the gym--(top & bottom)

Main Gym--Microphone and speakers

Cafeteria--2 tables and 2 chairs--

Cafeteria--Can we also borrow the lunch line standars to "create" lines for people to pay any owed fees?

LCD Projector--Mike Dugan told me that the district purchased a "high power" lcd that was used at on of our Institute days. Can we please borrow that for the evening? I have a laptop.

If the weather is warm please make sure the AC is on!
